Are we a match to work together? Let's find out over coffee or tea. We can meet in a local coffee shop or chat over the phone.  We can discuss your pregnancy, birth wishes and what led you to finding a doula. I will also answer questions you might have from birth to doulas. I enjoy meeting new people and talking birth so there is no obligation. This complimentary consultation lasts about one hour.

Birth Coach + Labor Support

Birth Doula Services Include:

Three-four prenatal coaching sessions, approximately ninety minutes in duration, held in your home. In these sessions we will: understand your vision, motivations, fears and hopes for your birth; create a birth plan; explore Spinning Babies techniques; practice coping techniques and positions for labor and delivery; prepare for postpartum; and review any birthing and postpartum topics as requested.

Phone, text, and email support from the time I am hired through six weeks postpartum.

Access to a TENS unit for you to start using at the onset of labor.

Back-up Doula support

On-call (24/7) from two weeks before your due date to when you give birth. Once you are in labor, I will come at your request to provide continuous labor support and will stay one-two hours postpartum.

One postpartum visit that offers: breastfeeding support, celebrating your birth experience and supporting your transition to motherhood.

Fee + Service Area

Total fee: $1800

A $800 retainer fee is due when the contract is signed to hold your due date on my calendar. The remaining balance is due by 38 weeks.

In certain circumstances, I offer a sliding scale fee and discounted services: repeat clients, second pregnancy, single parent, etc. Please inquire within.
